Processing Time  All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Rates  We charge a flat rate for shipping on all orders within India. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time  Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Order Tracking  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions  We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments  If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
