Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibilty Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Manufacturing Defects: Returns accepted for confirmed defects.

2. Transit Damage: Returns accepted for items damaged during shipping.

Return Process

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Products like,Riding Gears( please check and confirm the size before placing an order these items strickly not accepted for replacement if the size is not fitting and we do this because of bad experience in the past orders), stickers, Lubricants, and oils often fall under the category of items subject to wear and tear, which typically means they don't have a return policy due to their nature of use and potential for degradation and some of the products are not eligible for return.   • Incorrect Pin Code:

    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect pin code provided by the customer, we'll reach out to confirm the accurate details before dispatching again.
  • Re-Dispatching:

    • Upon confirmation of the correct pin code, we'll promptly dispatch the package to the updated address.
  • Refund Option:

    • Should the customer prefer a refund instead, they're responsible for covering the courier charges incurred for the return.
  • Deduction and Refund:

    • We'll deduct the courier charges from the total order amount and refund the remaining balance to the customer's original payment method.
